We believe young and aspiring entrepreneurs have valuable and innovative ideas that drive results in the organizations of our age. Venture is the conduit by which creative and impactful ideas flow from UC Berkeley into startups in the Bay Area.

Venture is humble yet sharp. We are professional yet flexible. We strongly value diversity for the creative and unique ideas it creates. We do not put down ideas or people based on preconceived biases. We encourage contribution and respect action.

At Our Desks

We pursue our work with passion and perseverance, settling for nothing less than excellence. We are resourceful and collaborative yet deeply focused. We transform ideas and strategy into actionable and impactful solutions for our clients.

Exploring the World

We are loud, excited, and zealous when having fun. We break the ice and connect on a level deeper level. We inspire each other; we empower each other; most of all we laugh with each other. Our connections flourish years past our university graduation.

Alumni Network

Venture alumni extends to a diverse range of careers and industries, from large technology companies, investment banks to small startups and boutique consulting firms. Many went on to create startups of their own, using the knowledge and experience that they acquired in Venture.

Our alumni remain active in the organization, frequently returning as mentors and advisors, as well as leading training sessions and professional workshops. Our growing alumni network provides consultants with access to various resources including recommendations for internships.
